LEGAL
Terms of service
Effective date: August 23, 2026
1. Agreement and provider
These Terms govern your use of the Flock Off website and personal-data removal service. Flock Off is provided by Ninja Privacy LLC in New Mexico. By using the site or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Questions and notices may be sent to support@flockoff.wtf.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You may submit only your own information, or information you are legally authorized to submit for another person. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other secrets through the site.
3. The service
Flock Off searches people-search sites and data-broker listings, submits opt-out requests, documents results, and monitors for listings that return. We may need to provide identifying information to a site when doing so is necessary for a removal request you ask us to make.
We do not control third-party sites, their records, policies, response times, or decisions. Removal is not guaranteed. An opt-out may not remove the original public record, every copy, or information that later reappears.
4. Subscription and payment
The service costs $15 per month unless the checkout states otherwise. Paddle processes subscriptions and payments; Paddle may use Stripe and other service providers in its payment infrastructure. Taxes may change the amount charged. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time through Paddle’s customer tools or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; amounts already charged are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or applicable Paddle terms. Paddle’s checkout terms, receipts, and customer portal govern payment processing and payment-specific procedures.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful, genuine personal privacy requests. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misrepresent your identity or authorization, abuse the forms, or use the service to harass or target another person.
6. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including payment, email, hosting, database, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information or disclose it for unrelated advertising. Limited disclosures to providers and third-party sites are described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Flock Off is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or actions.
7. Intellectual property
The Flock Off name, branding, original text, design, and software belong to Ninja Privacy LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but may not copy, resell, modify, or redistribute its content or functionality without permission.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular removal result. Flock Off does not provide legal, security, employment, housing, credit, or other professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Privacy LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from the site or service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. When a subscription ends, we close the associated account and delete personal information on our end, subject to legal exceptions.
11. Governing law and disputes
New Mexico law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires a different process.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use after the revised effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not alter rights that cannot lawfully be altered.
