FLOCK OFF

LEGAL

Privacy policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Flock Off is a service provided by Ninja Privacy LLC in New Mexico. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Flock Off website, including the signup intake and contact form. It does not govern information held independently by people-search sites, data brokers, Paddle, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, or other third parties.

Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@flockoff.wtf.

2. Information we collect

The signup intake may collect your first, middle, and last name; email; phone; date of birth; street address; city; state; ZIP code; payment transaction identifier; and other context you choose to provide. The contact form collects your name, email, and message.

We also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Vercel is the only analytics provider we use, and its analytics are anonymous. We do not use analytics for advertising or build advertising profiles.

3. How we use information

  • To identify exposed listings and carry out removal requests you ask us to make.
  • To monitor removal results and contact you about an account or support request.
  • To process and verify subscription payments.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the site and service.
  • To comply with law and protect the service and its users.

4. Limited operational disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for unrelated advertising. We disclose the minimum information reasonably needed to operate the service: to Paddle for subscription billing (Paddle may use Stripe and other providers); to Resend to deliver support messages; to Vercel for hosting and anonymous analytics; to database and infrastructure providers; and to people-search sites or data brokers when needed to submit a removal request you ask us to make.

We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ninja Privacy LLC, our users, or others.

5. Payments and third-party policies

Paddle processes payment details and subscription administration. Flock Off does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through the intake. Paddle and providers it uses, including Stripe where applicable, process information under their own privacy notices and terms. Third parties may retain records according to their own legal and operational requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account information for the lifetime of your account so we can perform ongoing removal and monitoring. When your subscription ends, account closure and deletion of personal information held by Ninja Privacy LLC are handled through a manual process. Email support@flockoff.wtf to request closure or deletion; we may need to verify identity and authorization before acting. Deletion ends our ability to continue the associated removal and monitoring work.

We may retain limited information required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Paddle and its payment providers may retain their own payment and transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.

7. Security

We validate and bound submitted fields, keep database and payment-verification credentials server-side, and intend to run the service over HTTPS. No system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other secrets through the forms.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and identity verification. You may cancel a subscription through Paddle or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will handle verified requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for an account. Do not submit a minor’s information through the site.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively from the updated effective date.

11. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@flockoff.wtf. Flock Off is provided by Ninja Privacy LLC in New Mexico.
